Hi there, So recently i have been trying to add scripting support for my game but with repeated failure from lua & angelscript i found GMScript, i did the usual adding to project, i did recieve some errors which i easily fixed, but now im getting some i have no idea how to fix

In gmhash.h at line 55 im getting "An internal error has occurred in the compiler."

Also i get "error creating or communicating with child process" from a file called "cl"

Welcome Zortex,

I have seen this error also. It is a compiler bug in VS2017. I'm not sure if it has been fixed as of v15.7.3, but do try the latest updates. MS has fixed at least two internal compiler errors.
EDIT: It's still broken in v15.7.3.

You can also use this work around...

in gmHash.h, class gmHash
